SKILLS is a project co-funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme - Leonardo da Vinci sub-programme.
The new Life Long Learning Programme (LLP) supports learning opportunities from childhood to old age in every single life situation. It has a budget of €7000mn for the period of 2007-2013, and is the successor to the current Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci and eLearning programmes. It is composed of 4 sector sub-programmes, 4 transversal programmes and the Jean Monnet programme.
Leonardo da Vinci is one of the Sub-programmes of the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP). It focuses on vocational education and training, also at tertiary level. It addresses both the learning and teaching needs in the sector, and is therefore aimed at all parties involved, namely trainees in vocational education, teachers and trainers, institutions and educational bodies, enterprises, associations, social partners and bodies relating to either lifelong learning or to the labour market.
